Dr. Flynn Performs a First at Lynchburg College
01-Mar-2005 - As a member of the Lynchburg College alumni board, Dr. Flynn volunteered to conduct two web-based alumni surveys for his alma mater. These included an alumni attitude survey and an alumni interest survey. Dr. Flynn stated, “This work provides a real opportunity for us to better understand why some alumni remain engaged with the College and make gifts, while others do not.” Dr. Flynn was a 1971 graduate of Lynchburg College.Thinking About Surveying Your Alumni?

What Our Clients Say:
I worked with Jim in the development of our 2009 alumni relations survey. The purpose of the survey was to help us better understand the attitudes, needs, and interests of our alumni.Jim did an excellent job in developing a print and web-based survey for our alumni that resulted in an excellent response rate. The analysis of the data we received allowed us to implement meaningful, targeted programs for our alumni, resulting in increased engagement.
Jim was a true professional and able to work effectively with all of our constituencies...alumni council members, alumni/advancement staff, administration, and our Board of Trustees. I would recommend Jim to an alumni organization looking to understand the attitudes of its alumni and to increase engagement.
